    I’m finding continuous problems even incomprehensible. Even just editing one word in a text field, without touching anything else, changes the formatting of all the text. If I change the color, it is not implemented. And more. If I change even one background image…it just disappears. I’m trying to slowly modify the Landing Page demo but nothing. Help!

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please give us further instructions on how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I don’t know why, but if the page shortcodes are moved to a new page, then they’re working as expected. Please see private. Could you try using that page instead? You can delete the old page, then change the title and permalink of the new page.

    ok Rikard but I tried to slightly modify the “Kriesi test” page: a) I just added a letter in the text box on the right and the whole formatting changed; b) I removed and then inserted the default background image…but now it remains white. I really don’t understand. You can check the result directly from uple.it because I have inserted the link to your Kriesi Test page

    Yes Rikard, because in the meantime I have reinstalled WordPress, Avada and its demo which works regularly as you can see by visiting uple.it
    The problem is that I prefer Enfold, I bought it and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work and why we can’t solve it. This weekend I absolutely have to configure the site and I’d like to do it with Enfold. Otherwise, I start working on Avada from Saturday. Thanks and I hope for your help. If so, I’m available to reinstall WordPress, install Enfold and give you the credentials so that you can directly test/modify and figure out what’s wrong. Thank you

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, and sorry for the problem. I’m actually not sure what the problem is on your installation, since I’ve never seen it before. For that reason, we would have to see the actual problem in order to find a potential solution. If you should need further help from us, then please activate Enfold on your site, and provide us with access to the backend of WordPress. If you have a staging site showing the same problem, then that would work as well.

    I tried reinstalling Enfold and now the Landing Page demo application fails with the following error:
    Error accessing file for download:

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why, but the CSS file generation for individual pages and posts is not working on your site. I’ve turned that off using a filter in function.php in the child theme I installed, and everything is working as expected after that. Please review your site.
