I recently purchased Enfold Theme and started creating a website with it.
It displays and works fine when navigating in Chrome, with which I’m building the site. but it doesn’t load well when I use other browsers like Safari or Firefox.
I can see the heading/menu and text, but none of the images nor the theme’s features are displaying.
Can’t tell if there’s something missing.
Kindly asking for assistance.

Thank you for the inquiry.
The site seems to be loading correctly on Safari and Firefox as shown in the screenshots below (see private field). Have you tried checking it on incognito mode?
You should also try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure latest scripts and stylesheets are loaded. Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 2, 2023 at 10:48 pm #1409441As recommended, I disabled:
1. CSS File Merging And Compression: Disable – no CSS file merging and compression
2. Javascript File Merging And Compression: Disable – no Javascript file merging and compressionAnd it is still not working in Safari. Page loads, but not the photos nor the intro video.
What else do I need to change?
Or is there anything else I can try?June 3, 2023 at 12:34 pm #1409474Hi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardJune 3, 2023 at 6:03 pm #1409487Hi Rikard,
Some elements are still not visible in certain browsers. On Firefox & Safari, the Main video doesn’t show, for example. But what we need is consistency on all browsers.

June 3, 2023 at 10:42 pm #1409502Hi,
Thank you for the link to your site, I checked with Mac in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and in Windows in Chrome, Firefox, & Edge and all the elements showed for me and the main background video played.
I used Windows 10 & Mac Monterey with Safari v16.4.1 & Firefox v113.0.2
Are you using a Mac or a iPad? Some iPads won’t update to the latest Safari, check your version and also check on a Mac.Best regards,
