Use as FAQ Page (SEO improvement)
Select if content is used as FAQ and add schema.org markup to support Google Search. You must enable theme option “Automated Schema.org HTML Markup” (SEO tab). For valid structured HTML only one FAQ section allowed per page – you can activate “Sorting” and group questions if needed.

    Hey carmen,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Did you select the second option (Add FAQ Markup) in the “Use as FAQ Page (SEO improvement)” settings or dropdown? Please select the second option to enable the addition of the FAQ markup on the page, and make sure that the Enfold > SEO Support > Automated Schema.org HTML Markup option is also activated.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

Hello, is there any other method for the login I mean.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Install and activate the “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin. You can find it here.
    2. Once activated, navigate to “Users > Temporary Logins” in the left-side menu.
    3. Click on “Create New” to generate a temporary login.
    4. Enter the email address for the account (you can use wordpress@kriesi.at) and select the highest possible role. Set the expiry date to around four days to ensure enough time for debugging.
    5. Click “Submit” to create the temporary account.
    6. In the private section, provide us with the URL that allows us to access the temporary login and assist you.

Please note that once your issue is resolved, you can remove the plugin.

Another thing I want to check is that we are using plugin “Structured Data” and seems is not working.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with the specific issue related to the plugin. It is recommended to contact the plugin author for further information and support. Integrating and ensuring compatibility between third-party plugins and the theme falls outside the scope of the support services we provide.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any other questions or require assistance with any other aspects of the theme, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hello I give you the access.

I have read this in te support: “You can actually disable the theme’s schema markup from the Enfold > Theme Options > Layout Builder panel. Look for the Automated Schema.org HTML Markup settings and set it to the first option.”

I wonder if I shuould desactivate the plugin or the “Automated Schema.org HTML Markup” to make it work maybe?

But if I use the “Automated Schema.org HTML Markup” is only doing it for FAQs or also for breadcrumbs, article,…

    Hi,

    Thank you for the updat.e

Yes, you have the option to disable the default schema markups that are being generated by the theme. Have you tried it already? The option is located in the Enfold > Theme Options > Layout Builder panel. Look for the Automated Schema.org HTML Markup dropdown. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you with the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
