    AS you can seen from my page, the header is overlaping the content below it and I don’t know how to just disable the parallax or slow down the speed and lower the content so it can be displayed.

    Hi thebirdbath,

    Edit the column, then go to Advanced (tab) > Animation > Parallax Rules, then click on the desktop icon:

    You can either change the parallax speed there or you can disable the parallax effect.
