    Hello, I was trying to remove the title/breadcrumbs from a page and realized that the box for “Layout” on the site of the page manager is completely gone (the one where you can select custom sidebars and headers for a page).

    Everything is up to date. I’ve also tried disabling all the plugins as well which did nothing to fix it. Any suggestions?
    I’ve created a login for you and pasted the info in the private content box.

    The link you posted redirects to the home page, as does the regular WordPress login URLs. Please send us a working login URL.

    My apologies. I did test the login before I sent it but it appears that iThemes has decided to bug out so I’ve just disabled it for now. You can login with the default WP url now. Let me know if you need anything else.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I checked the page in private, but the Layout menu is displaying fine there. Could you try to explain the problem you are seeing on your end a bit further please?

    If you look at this image:
    screenshot

    You can see a default installation of Enfold theme with the “Layout” panel options on any given page, and beside it you can see this websites’ missing “Layout” panel.

    I’ve tried in multiple browsers (FF, Chrome) and both are showing the same issue. The “Layout” panel options are missing from the page editor so I’m unable to specify custom sidebar, header, footer, title bar, ect page options.

    Well I’ll be…that was it! I logged in under the user that I created for you and everything was fine. For some reason our main admin account was being stripped of certain layout permissions. I searched through all the setting in Enfold and couldn’t fine a reason for it. Any idea why it would do that? Anyways, I deleted that account and re-created it and that fixed the problem. Thank you for the help in resolving this issue. :)
