We may need to access your site in order to further investigate the issue. Please share your login credentials with us in the “private data” field so that we can take a look at your backend.
To do this, please follow these steps:
- Install and activate the plugin “Temporary Login Without Password“.
- On the left-side menu, go to “Users > Temporary Logins”.
- Click on “Create New”.
- Enter an email address for the account (you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), select the highest possible “Role”, and set the expiry time for about four days (to ensure that we have enough time to debug).
- Click on “Submit”.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us with the URL in the private section so that we can login and assist you.
Once your issue is resolved, you can always remove the plugin.
If you prefer not to use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and share the login credentials with us in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for the link to your site, but unfortunately your map seems to be hidden and your cookie bar is disabled, perhaps there is a conflict with a plugin, Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
Once your map shows again I expect your custom marker to show since I have tested it on my demo site and it works correctly:

MikeThe problem is the Complianz Plugin. Map is activated. The map is only hidden, if you dont accept cookies. The not-shown marker is still the problem.
if you visit the site from the USA, different cookie policies apply and the tool is displayed differently, or not at all. Best would be an access via Europe / Germany to comply with the GDPR and to track the display. Then you will see the problem with the marker.

Perhaps this plugin is also preventing the marker from showing, try disabling your plugins and see if the marker then shows, I have tested your custom marker on a leaflet map element on my test site without plugins and it shows correctly, as you can see in the screenshot and link above.Best regards,
MikeAs I told you the problem is the Complianz Plugin, this is mandatory. So I have to contact a programmer… or change to google maps
