Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you upload the profile image in the Users > Profile panel? The image doesn’t display when we visit the author page.

Please login using the author account, go to following link (see private field), then upload the image in the About Yourself > Profile Picture settings.

IsmaelHi uploaded it as a Custom profile cover image with the plugin “wp user manager”. I’m not able to change the profile image without using gravatar, but I don’t want to use it.

Thank you for your patience the use of Gravatar Profile Pictures is a WordPress default, to use local image try the plugin WP User Avatars or one of these other plugins.
I’m not sure if any of these will work with your wp user manager plugin, so you will need to test.Best regards,

It my test if you are using the Enfold Theme Options ▸ Blog Layout ▸ Blog Layout ▸ Multi Author Blog the plugin WP User Avatars adds the profile image to the archive items, perhaps your plugin wp user manager is conflicting somehow.Best regards,
