Is it possible to use the partner logo / element with a continuous flow? So that the row of logos continues without a stop, now I can slow down the Transition Speed but there is always a stop of at least 1 sec.

There is no option for this by default but you may still be able to do it by using the Layer Slider element or with the help of a plugin. Please check the link below.
