    Hi Kriesi,

    Thank you for creating the Enfold theme. We love using it.
    With a customer we seem to be running into a problem when we copy a page. The content is the same but the styling is different.
    We have never seen this problem before with Enfold. And we have no idea what might cause this issue.

    Have you seen this before and do you know how to solve it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We can’t seem to reproduce the same issue on our end. We saved the content of the previous page as template, created a private test page and inserted the template to it. The style and layout of the section looks the same. Please check the private field.

    Are you adding the section in a page with the same number of sections as the previous page? It is possible that the section inherits the alternate styles instead of the default styles.

    Hi Ismael,
    Thank you for looking into the issue. The issue occurs when we use the Yoast Duplicate Post plugin. I have also tried other duplicator plugins but they all have the same result. But I think that a duplicator plugin is not compatible with Enfold so I think we need to use the templates in Enfold, as you suggest.
    We will be looking into the issue. I think it will be solved when we delete the duplicator plugin and start using the templates.
    You can close this ticket. If the templates have the same issue I will come back to you.

    Thank you for the update.

    It’s possible that the Enfold theme may not be fully compatible with duplicator plugin, which is why using the built-in templates might be a better solution.

    Glad to hear that you’ll be looking into this further, and I hope that deleting the duplicator plugin and using the templates will help resolve the issue.
