    Dear Support Team,
I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with the mobile version of a page that includes the “gallery” media element.
I have noticed that the mobile version of my page, where I have added a “gallery” media element, is not displaying correctly. (See my link #1 in Private Content). Specifically, each image in the gallery appears to be repeated several times. This issue is causing significant frustration for me and my website visitors.
I also have mobile usability issues (Content wider than screen) for another page which were detected by Google Search Console (see my link #2)

Could you please investigate these issues and provide me with a solution to resolve the problem? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could offer to fix these issues as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time and attention.

    Hey pnamroud,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Looks like you are using an AMP plugin to create a mobile version of the site. The plugin might not be fully compatible with the theme and is not able to convert the gallery properly. You have the option to hide the gallery on mobile view using the Advanced > Responsive > Element Visibility options, and use a different gallery extension which is compatible with the AMP plugin.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thank you, Ismael, for your answer.
We discovered that the AMP plugin installed on our website is causing problems with other plugins. We believe that the Enfold website template is designed to be mobile-friendly and responsive, meaning it can adjust its layout and content to fit various screen sizes and devices. Therefore, do we still need the AMP plugin? What do you suggest?

    Hi,

That’s right, the theme is designed to be responsive by default, meaning it should adjust smoothly to smaller screens without the need for an AMP plugin. While an AMP plugin is not necessary, it can be beneficial for certain situations. However, it’s worth noting that some plugins may have limitations and compatibility issues with certain elements, which could affect the overall functionality of your website.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
