    Hello,

    My footer completely disappeared after the last update (I updated a bit later because updating always gives me issues). I made edits to the header.php on the child theme, so I replaced the custom one with the updated version of it and that didn’t fix the issue. Please see below for website info. Thank you.

    Hey leadingnorth,

    Thanks for the login details. Please try to replace header.php in your child theme with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that.

    Hmm weird. I just reset it just in case. Can you please try again with the same credentials? I just tried it and it worked.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Did you replace header.php in your child theme with the same file from the parent theme? We can’t do it for you unless we have FTP access unfortunately.

    Yes I did. And that didn’t fix the issue. This is a staging site, so you can look in the theme file editor in the WP admin.
