Hello Enfold Support Team!
We have two issues with our homepage – in our About section https://www.rejzek.at/facharzt-fuer-plastische-chirurgie-wien-niederoesterreich/ we have some of the pictures show up as blurry on some screens. They look normal on my screen and the editor view, so I’m not sure what could cause this.
Furthermore in our Pricing category https://www.rejzek.at/preise-kosten-fuer-plastische-chirurgie-wien/ we have some content toggles that don’t work at all, they are expanded by default and don’t even offer a way to collapse them. In the editor view they look normal.
Thanks in advance and Kind Regards,

Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, your blurry team member images is because on the frontend the size of the image is 455px square, but in the backend the size picked was 300px square, I corrected by changing them to 1030px square in the backend and now they look good on the frontend:
For your other page I see this error in the browser consoleCurrently is loaded jQuery version 3.6.1 which is too low for OptimizePress. Please check if you're using WordPress version 3.5 or higher or contact customer support.
from your OptimizePress plugin, try disabling the plugin and check the page again.Best regards,
MikeMarch 20, 2023 at 9:47 am #1401753Hello Mike,
thank you for the quick reply and the (partial) fix!It seems like activating/deactivating the OptimizePress Plugin doesn’t change anything on the page though.
Is there anything else that could cause this?Best Regards,
FelixMarch 20, 2023 at 10:06 am #1401758The OptimizePress Button in the tool row at the top of the page (when logged into WP) also doesn’t seem to be clickable for some reason, maybe thats connected somehow?
March 20, 2023 at 11:29 am #1401764Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. The Thrive Architect is known to cause conflicts with the theme and possibly any of the other Thrive plugins that you have active.Best regards,
MikeMarch 20, 2023 at 2:49 pm #1401792Hello,
I tried deactivating the Thrive Suite, Disable Gutenberg and Optimizepress (at the same time), no noticeable difference. Is there anything else that could cause this?
Best Regards,
FelixMarch 21, 2023 at 12:34 pm #1401897Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, I took another look at your page with the toggles and it looks like it has been edited with the WordPress Classic Editor, or perhaps the Thrive Architect because it no longer uses the Advanced Layout Builder elements, when you switch to the ALB to edit the toggles the whole page shows as one text element. So the shortcodes for the elements are broken.
To recover the page try using the page revisions to go back before this occurred, otherwise you will need to recreate the page and save as a ALB page.
Please note that editing your ALB pages with another editor will most likely break the elements.Best regards,
Mike -
