    I am testing my new Enfold website and when I open it on a Samsung and iPhone It show a bunch of code a an Enfold blog page that it bot on the website.
    When I scroll to the bottom an press exit Mobil version it goes to the correct website.

    Did you try loading the page in a private browser window? If you should need further help, then please share a screenshot highlighting the problem.

    Hi,
    It looks like you have the AMP plugin installed so it is showing a different page for mobile devices, if you don’t it could be an option built into JetPack.
    Please disable the plugin AMP or JetPack or both and clear your browser cache and check again.
    If you still have trouble please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance.

    Thanks for your help on the conflicting AMP plugin.
    I may have a similar problem.
    We have a large international following and as of now they will not be able to read out info on their smartphones.
    We have (for now), GTranslade Multilanguage app installed. It shows up and works fine on the desktop but dose not show up on the main Menu or anywhere on a smartphone.
    Is there a setting in the Enfold theme that I am missing might rectify this?

    Hi,
    Try adding this css in your Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { 
	.responsive #top .av_mobile_menu_tablet #avia-menu.av-main-nav .menu-item.menu-item-gtranslate {
		display: list-item;
		top: 30px;
	}
}

    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.

    If you don’t mind, can you take a look at this?
    Only on the cell phone the drop down menus are doubled.
    All drop down menus in the main menu are doubled.
    See example in attachment- at the top.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your question, on mobile I only see three top menu items “doubled” Evidence & Forensics, Contradictions, Objections & Responses this is because the top menu item is also a link to it’s own page so for mobile to view the sub-menu items you would click the title, thus the link to the title won’t work, so another item is added in the sub-menu so you can go to this page. Please see the settings at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Main Menu ▸ Burger/Mobile Menu ▸ Clone title menu items to submenu and read the explanation, if you wish you can change the setting.

    Thanks Mike, I set it to always show submenus and that worked.
    Another question- How do I shut of the Enfold contact info at the bottom of the pages and the main menu?
    I have all test turned of now.

    Hi,
    Do you mean that you want to remove the menu item “contact” from your main menu?
    If so go to your main menu and delete the menu item:

    I don’t see any contact info at the bottom of the pages, perhaps you already sorted this out?
