    I have tried everything I can think of to upload the page layout theme options, I cannot find the answer in the forum. I installed WordPress Reset also
    Every time I try to upload and attempt to import the demo I get this error message.
    “Download of files for demo Construction Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    mooretrees.ca – I am wanting the “Construction Demo”
    sandradalzielministries.com – I am wanting the “Default Demo”

    This really should not be so difficult. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

    Hey Sandra,

    First of all, please try fixing the missing or expired SSL certificate. After that, try to enable the PHP ZipArchive Extension on your server. Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that.

    As I am working draft on mooretrees.ca I do not yet wish to pay for SSL
    However, on sandradalzielministries.com I do have an active/current SSL yet the problem still exists.

    so clearly this is NOT an SSL issue

    Hi,

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable the PHP ZipArchive Extension. You should be able to import demos after that.

    Let us know if enabling the PHP ZipArchive Extension doesn’t help.
