    Hello Kriesi Team,
I rediscovered Enfold after years and built a OnePage site based on the Parallax demo.

Everything worked fine, but after copying a Color Section and adjusting an element in it (Parallax Speed) I noticed that some elements on the page were no longer behaving as they should. In your demo, the fonts (at the top) move outwards while the areas behind them move in a different direction. I used r this with adjusted images and enjoyed the effect. But then, for no apparent reason, the two elements on top of each other no longer move independently, but only like the base element. So I can neither change the direction nor the speed of the elements on top. These always adopt the setting of the base.

If you check the website – for your information:
The right side white text pic is set to “right to left” 40%
The 1/1 element with the background pic is set to “left to right” 30%

I’m still working on the site and I’ve also noticed that all the parallaxes on the site seem to stutter… it no longer feels as fluid when scrolling.
Maybe that’s part of the error, too…

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

We can’t seem to reproduce the issue on our end. Would you mind providing a short clip of the issue? Please use imgur, savvyify or dropbox for the screenshot.

And the stuttering is also not occurring on our end (checked Chrome). What is the specs of your desktop/laptop? Please try to check the site on a different browser without extensions.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,
I checked the website with multiple devices and the issue occurs on each one.

What do you mean by “can´t reproduce the issue”? Does the top part of the website behave as it should with the parameters I set? Because when I check the website with any browser, the two elements move WITH the logo and the text, but I set the parallax so they should move in opposite directions like on your demo.

If you want I can give you access to the site.

I´ve made a video to show you my settings.

    Here an other example…
Even when I try to change the parallax behavior of a simple element it fails…

I already realized that my problem was caused by an animation.
I was able to adjust the upper section so that it works the way I want it. I only have one element where I can’t turn off or change parallax. No matter what I do, the element’s behavior doesn’t change.

    Hi,

I already realized that my problem was caused by an animation.

Which animation is causing the issue? Please note that some combinations of animations and positioning may cause unexpected issues. You should see this note in the description.

Please keep in mind: Due to limitations in CSS it is not possible to combine all possible advanced settings like animations, transforms,… They might not work as expected – this is not a bug. Please be selective and check the frontend.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
