    I have some Vimeo videos in a client website and the problem is when clicking the link.

    The video opens in Lightbox with: Sorry “This video does not exist.”

    The video exists and loads fine. But the Lightbox shows that message.

    I don’t know if being a private video (but anyone with the link can view it & it can load in the client website by domain) can be a problem.

    Any solution for this?

    Are you using the suggested URL format for vimeo? We may need to check the page in order to debug the issue. Please provide the site URL in the private field.

    Hello Ismael.

    This may be Vimeo permissions, as some load and some do not. I am still investigating, but it seems that is the case, because Enfold is not changing the URL request.
