    Since last update, I’m unable to edit any page because the layout builder is not loading. I’m just seeing the loading spinner …

    Thanks for the login details. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins? If not, then please send us server error logs in private.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    We get an error when editing any of the pages but we are not sure what is causing it.

    Uncaught TypeError: $(...).pointer is not a function

    Is there a staging or development version of the site? Please try to deactivate the plugins temporarily.
