January 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm #1394978Hi Mark,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

MarkJanuary 25, 2023 at 3:20 pm #1395158Hi Mark,
Thanks for giving us admin access. I was able to inspect the site and could see the issue you mentioned, however, the simple troubleshooting steps that wouldn’t affect the live site aren’t working and we may need to isolate the issue which may render the live site messed up during the process. Can you setup a staging site for us? it’s basically just a duplicate of your live site and placed on a subdomain where we can try to debug without affecting your live site, some hosting provider offer an option to create a staging site via cpanel, but your webhost does not have it on your Cpanel then you can use a plugin, please check this tutorial: https://wpengine.com/resources/what-is-a-staging-site-why-have-one/#How_to_Create_a_Staging_Site_for_WordPress
Best regards,

MarkFebruary 10, 2023 at 1:45 am #1397366Hi Mark,
Thanks for giving us the admin access and I apologize for the delayed response.
It seems the issue was caused by a incompatibilities between an outdated version of Enfold (4.2.1) and the latest version of WordPress and plugins.
The issue was fixed after updating the theme to the latest version (5.4).
Please review the staging site.Best regards,
Nikko -
