    Hi,

    Our site has been getting spam from a Bot. I have implemented ReCAPTCHA 2 and 3 APi Keys which were accepted.

    The form shows the line: This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

    Does this mean that ReCAPTCHA is active? as we are still getting form spam.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The spam protection widget seems to be working correctly. Have you tried installing a security plugin such as Sucuri or WordFence? You can also try a different contact form plugin like Contact Form 7 and install additional security extensions. Please check the links below.
