I am trying to upload a demo site and it will not upload at all it keeps giving me an error message.

“Download of files for demo creative studio demo didn’t work!
You might want to try reloading the page and then try again”

I did this several times and the same error message appears. Can you please help me with this issue. Thank you!

    Hey Eleven11Creations,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

There are a few things you could try to troubleshoot this issue:

1.) Make sure that you have the latest version of the Enfold theme installed.

2.) Check your server logs for any errors that might be related to the demo import process. This can help you identify any issues that might be preventing the demo from being imported.

3.) Make sure that your server has the necessary resources (e.g. memory, disk space) to import the demo. The required resources will depend on the size of the demo you are trying to import.

4.) Try importing the demo using a different web browser.

5.) If you are using a caching plugin, try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps.

We hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. If the issue persists, please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check it further.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello!

I tried everything that you said and I still have the same error message. I have uploaded tons of demos so I am not sure why it is not working. Can you sign into my account and see if you can upload demos. Thank you!

    Hi,
Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, I see that your PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled on your server, this prevents the server from extracting zip files, please ask your webhost to enable it.
In your WordPress ▸ Dashboard ▸ Tools ▸ Site Health I see a warning Outdated SQL server I have not seen this before, your Database server is 5.6.51, do you have any options to update this?
Try changing your PHP time limit from 30 to 300, and your Max input time from 60 to 120
I also recommend disabling all of your plugins before importing the demo files to ensure there are no conflicts.

    Best regards,
    Mike
