    Hi,

    After migrating my website to production, I can’t seem to edit any of the pages that were migrated. The pages load fine on the front-end but I get hit with the continuous spinning circle when trying to edit any of the existing pages. I can also confirm that new pages do not have this editor problem. Plugin used for migration was Duplicator.

    I have included the URL and an admin login in the private content.

    Hey jmsw,

    Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 404 error on the file in private, I’m not sure why that is though. Could you share server error logs with us please? You might want to reach out to your hosting provider as well, to check if they know why the server is responding with that error code. You could also try using an alternate method of copying your site, and it’s not really a theme problem if third party software has caused a problem to occur.

    Hi Rikard,

    I don’t quite understand what you mean by “getting a 404 error on the file in private”. Could you elaborate more on this?

    Hi,

    The server is responding with a 404 error on the file in question. You could simply pass that information on to your hosting provider.
