    Hi !

    The website shows some generic data in the footer – the HTML content I’ve entered in the 3 footer widgets gets ignored !

    I don’t see any mistake …
    Any idea ? I’m sure you have like always before ;-)

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for the login details. Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in your child theme? If so, then please try to replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help, then please include FTP login details in private.

    Hi Rikard!

    Yes, footer.php was in child-theme.

    I replaced it with the actual one from the theme – but now I don’t have any footer at all !

    Can you please check again ?

    Hi !

    This is getting urgent as there is no data privacy or imprint visible with original footer.php!!!
    Can you please check that or tell me to go back on the old faulty footer.php !

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I renamed your old footer.php and header.php files, then uploaded new copies of those files, and your footer is showing fine after that. Please review your site.
