Hi!
I have a wordpress site which uses the Enfold theme and to be able to update the theme I need to login with the account that once purchased the theme to generate a token (as I read in your guide). The problem is, the site was built a long time ago and I don’t know what account was registered on your site to purchase the theme and I’m not able to find out since that person no longer works on this site. How can I make this work, I need to update the theme since it’s not working very good at the moment.Hey Adam,
Thanks for your question, if you know the Purchase Code you can enter it here, if you don’t know it or are not able to log into the Theme Forest account to download the latest version or create a new Token, then you will need to purchase a new license.
Envato (Theme Forest) handles all of our licenses and we can not create licenses and Envato will only recognize account owners, this sometimes happens with a site is built by a developer who in the future can not be found, Envato will not issue a new license to the website owner, one must be purchased.
The upside to this is that by purchasing a new license you will also get 6 months of support on our forum to help with any issues. I recommend upgrading to a full year of support for just a little more, as the cost of the theme and a full year of support costs the same as a single hour of support from many developers.
