I have a custom font imported into the site but I can’t get it to load even though its selected in the theme options. When it does load occasionally, it loads the only the Italic font element.

The custom font manager is intended to be used with Google Webkit Fonts, as you can read in the description. You can import your font manually with @font-face though: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_fonts.asp
