Hello, I’m facing this problem with avia builder and I don’t know how to fix it.
I created the full page with no issues, but when it comes to place the “contact module” at the bottom of the page I can’t save or preview it.
the strange thing is that if I place the “contact module” at the top of the same page or in other pages everything works normally.
there can be something in that page that create conflict?
    thanks for the answer

    Hi ste860,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Stefano,

Thanks for the login token. I see the same problem as you when I try adding a Contact Form element to the Marcatura CE page. The error message page is not a theme or WordPress error page, it’s a server error page. I’m not sure why that is happening, but your hosting provider should be able to shed more light on the problem. Could you try reaching out to them please? If you need further help from us, then please share server error logs with us.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
