How do I make my content work with the classic demo. I’m also not sure if I’ve installed the child theme correctly. Can you help please?

Hey rackdc,

Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure I sure I fully understand your first question, could you try to explain what you need help with a bit further please?

The child theme needs to be activated under Appearance in the WordPress menu.

I see that you are running a very old version of WordPress, is there a reason for that?

Best regards,
Rikard

Hi,

Thanks for the update. If you don’t intend to override any core theme files, then you don’t need a child theme. We do recommend that you install one any way though, since you might need one in the future.

I’m still not sure I understand this question, why do you need to move content from old pages into demo page? I had a look at the page you are referring to, and that is not created using the Enfold Layout Builder, which would explain the lack of styling.

Best regards,
Rikard

Hi,

Thanks for the update. You can see all installed themes under Appearance in the WordPress menu. If you want to use your child theme, then it has to be the active theme.

-How do I increase the general font size? My client keeps saying they want the text to be larger. Main body of text and sub menu items.

-I’ve managed to change this info on the bottom bar but how do I create a link in this area?

Hi,

You can change the main font size under Enfold->General Styling->Typography. Sub level links can be set under Enfold->Advanced Styling.

You can add a link like this in the copyright field:

Link text

Best regards,
Rikard

Hi,

Yes, you have to use plugins in order to create a membership platform and extend the subscription functionality. Most membership plugins should work well with the theme but some may require additional modifications to the template and styles.

Best regards,
Ismael
