In the three licenses I have with Enfold, with the WPML plugin, the 2 language flags look good on the desktop version.
But in the portrait version of the mobile you only see one.
I think it’s a problem with ENFOLD because it happens only in the portrait orientation of the mobile. In landscape orientation the 2 flags are seen normally.
In private I show you one of the 3 websites, and you can see that in the portrait version of the mobile only one flag is visible, while in the landscape version of the mobile and in the desktop version the two flags are visible.
But it’s even weirder… The first time I open the web on mobile in its protrait orientation, only a flag appears. When I put the mobile in landscape orientation, the two flags are seen. And when returning to the portrait orientation, the two flags are already good.
But if I refresh the web on mobile, a single flag reappears.
It happens to me exactly on two of the websites where I use WPML with Enfold…
I don’t understand anything… if it only happened to me on one website…, but exactly the same thing happens to me on 2 websites
November 7, 2022 at 7:43 am #1371611Hey Ramiro,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We can see both flags on tablet view. Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? You can use imgur, savvyify or dropbox for the screenshot. Thanks.
Best regards,

You have to look at the 2 websites I have sent you on a smartphone in portrait orientation, and you will see only one flag.
But if you look at it on the smartphone in landscape version, you will see that the two flags are visible
It only happens to me on the websites that I have made with EnfoldNot in a tablet. It only happens in smartphone
November 11, 2022 at 9:39 am #1372175Hi,
Thank you for the update.
This is what we see on mobile view, both portrait and landscape mode.
Screenshot: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjjTfXSRbKTvy0QUVCwSteEWZy5D?e=tGaoi8
As you can see in the screenshot, both flags are visible in the top header.Do you see the inactive flag or the flag for the inactive language on your end? It should be fine if users can still see and access the flag for the other language.
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 12, 2022 at 10:06 pm #1372350Hi Ismael,
On both websites, when I open them for the first time on mobile, only the first banner appears in portrait view.If I rotate the mobile to see the horizontal view, then the two flags are seen.
If then I turn back to the vertical view of the mobile, then the 2 flags are already visible.
I do not know what it could be.
I have tried everything.
November 13, 2022 at 8:34 pm #1372430Hi,
Please try this code in the General Styling ▸ Quick CSS field or in the WordPress ▸ Customize ▸ Additional CSS field:.responsive #top #header_meta .sub_menu ul.avia_wpml_language_switch li { height: 16px; width: 40px; }
After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
Please note that testing with iPads & iPhones can be hard to clear the cache, often you need to also clear the history to fully purge the cache, following these steps for Safari and note Step 4 where you will Clear the History.Best regards,
