    The same thing has already happened to me in two installations, first I thought that the error could be due to installing one demo over another, but no.

    Let’s see, when I’ve been laying out a page for a while and I preview it, it breaks, so that any element that I add to the page after that breaking moment no longer appears in the preview.

    And from here, after hours of layout, I am unable to work because any element that I add or edit from the avia template editor does not work. Does anyone know why the heck this happens?

    Please, I need a solution, I can’t work and my business is stopped.

    I hope someone from support can help me. Thank you

    Hi!

    Sorry for the delay. Did you add any html tags in the page? Please make sure that all tags are closed properly because unclosed tags could break the layout of the page and cause errors in the builder. You should also avoid using input and script tags inside the builder. If you need to add these elements in the page, try to create custom shortcodes for them instead.

    Sorry, but we haven’t done anything you tell me. Simply, we have simply created a new page, we have started to layout with the design elements provided by your own enfold theme and suddenly, by magic, the design of our page breaks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your patience, I have looked at your page, but I don’t notice anything specific wrong with it, perhaps you can explain what is wrong with it.
    Please note the WordPress preview sometimes doesn’t parse the Enfold shortcode correctly, it is best to publish the page to view your changes.
    This is a limitation with the WordPress preview which we can not correct from within the theme.

    Hello,
    Thank you very much. This was the problem, when previewing the page it broke, effectively, as it tells me, if I preview it previously published, I can see it without problem.
