When doing the manual edit I can see the option for external links that you can make unfollowed, sponsored etc. when I activate the editor of enfold for the texts, I cannot make an external link do not follow. How do you explain Thank you

Thanks for contacting us!
Our textblock editor is using WP classic editor and it does not have that automatic adding of nofollow on external links, so the only workaround for that is to switch it to Text mode and manually adding nofollow to the rel attribute.
