Good morning everyone,
I have a problem displaying the Home page exactly with “FULLWIDTH EASY SLIDER”.
I have activated the “FULLWIDTH EASY SLIDER” but when I view it from Desktop everything is perfect, but when I view it from Mobile I don’t see the images as well as when I view them from Desktop.
Can you help me to set this configuration in the best possible way or can you tell me where I am going wrong.
Thank you very much for your help.Best Regards
Stefano
October 25, 2022 at 11:25 am #1370128Hey stefpasi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The slider doesn’t resize based on the size of the slider images because the Styling > Slides > Slider minimum height in pixel value is set to 400px. This will force the slider to resize the slider images based on the minimum width value in order to keep the images’ aspect ratio. If you want the images to be fully visible or if you want the slider to resize based on the size of the slider images, you have to remove or disable the Slider minimum height in pixel value.

IsmaelOctober 25, 2022 at 12:00 pm #1370141Hi Ismael,
I set it like this: “Stylization > Slides > Minimum slider height in pixels is set to 400px”, because from a smartphone I was not displaying the lettering correctly and the images were not resized but cropped and could not be seen correctly.
Can you let me know how you can give the photo slider effect + buttons and lettering without having the images cut off or not perfectly visible from all devices, sorry but I’m not very practical and I don’t know how to solve this problem.
Thank you very much
Best Regards
Stefano
October 26, 2022 at 9:57 am #1370274Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Have you tried adding a different slider or element for mobile view? You can toggle the visibility of the elements on different screen sizes in the elements’ Advanced > Responsive > Element Visibility panel.

IsmaelOctober 26, 2022 at 10:57 am #1370280Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply in fact yesterday confronting me with a friend of mine who makes websites suggested the same solution as you, which is what I did next.
In fact to solve the problem I created two “Full Width Easy Sliders”, but one hides with “Mobile” devices and the other with “Desktop” devices.
By doing it this way and with this simple trick I solved the problem.
Now you can see it perfectly both using a “Desktop” and a “Mobile” device. In my opinion, you developers who made the theme should make a film explaining this, because it might be useful to another person using the theme.
Thank you very much for your help
Best Regards
