Good afternoon
I was wondering if anyone has had the experience of font displaying incorrectly on mobiles.
I am finding that on the desktop the font mostly displays correctly, but on many pages, the H3 font is bigger than H2 font.
I have also found at times, the H1 font displays correctly one time, then next time, it displays tiny, until I republish the post.
I can’t figure out what is going on.
See below for an example of problem fonts on a mobile page – I can provide login details if needed or screenshots.
Many thanks
Ivana
Hey Ivana,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you add this css code somewhere in the site?
#top #wrap_all .av-inherit-size .av-special-heading-tag {
font-size: 0.8em;
}
#top #wrap_all .av-inherit-size .av-special-heading-tag {
font-size: 1em;
}
Please remove the css temporarily, then toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterwards.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael
Thank you so much for your super quick response.
I have not added that code into the site – I only ever add code to quickcss and the code you mentioned does not seem to be there. I am not sure where else to look. I have created a user for you. Would you please be able to look for me.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We disabled the Performance > File Compression settings and it seems to have fixed the issue. Please try to purge the cache before checking the page again.
If the issue persists after activating the file compression back, please try to install a different css/js compression plugin like Autoptimize or BWP Minify.
Best regards,
Ismael
Thank you so much for your speedy response and resolving the issue. I greatly appreciate it.
Hi,
Glad Ismael could help, if you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.
Best regards,
Mike
