    Hello, my theme is not updating to the latest version I have uploaded my token and even hit the latest version on the manual and yet it shows I have the latest version No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.9.2.3)

    But in another theme, I have this: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (5.1.2)

    My new staging website won’t allow me to update it. Help!

    I am also noticing that simple functions are not displaying correctly hopefully it is because the theme needs to be updated.

    Thanks I was able to upload the theme and update it. Now the issue is that on the Faculty page it is still not configuring correctly. Please view this page

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please try to turn off JavaScript file compression under Enfold->Performance. There’s a conflict with SG Cache plugin.

    Hello I disabled it and still nothing happened it as not worked. The issue is still there can you please take a look and help me resolve this. Thank you so much

    Hi,

    Please check your settings for Content height under Layout->Height in the Tab Section options.

    Where can I upload the screenshot? I used the media library this is what I am seeing in Chrome once I view the page

    Also the header space is not there on the front end where the title of the section is example administrators etc

    what do you think is causing these issues with Chrome? It’s been very wonky since the latest update 5.1.2

    Hi,

    The screenshot I posted is from Chrome, so I don’t think it’s a general problem. It’s likely that it’s local on your end. Please try clearing all caches and restat the browser, to see if that helps.
