MehmetSeptember 27, 2022 at 10:42 am #1366499Hi,
Thank you for the screenshots.
We are still not sure what is happening with the catalogue element. Did you modify any of the template files in the theme? Please try to deactivate the plugins temporarily, then purge the cache. Let us know if that helps.
Best regards,

I noticed, that plugin WooCommerce product addon plugin affects this problem. When I deactivate it looks good again.

MehmetSeptember 27, 2022 at 1:42 pm #1366544September 28, 2022 at 9:05 am #1366665Next to the slow page I have another hint:
It looks like this is an issue with the functionality you used.
The CSS style of the plugin are not taken to the page https://alforno-esslingen.de/lieferung/#getraenkeSeptember 28, 2022 at 9:32 am #1366669Hi,
Thank you for the info.
The plugin actually removes the content of the catalogue list (title, price etc) based on the screenshot, probably by disabling or altering a related hook or filter. The issue has nothing to do with css.
You may need to contact the plugin authors and ask them about the hooks or filters used by the plugin, which might be affecting the catalogue list element.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 28, 2022 at 11:33 pm #1366815Hi Ismael,
This is the answer I got form plugin author:
Hi,
We have accepted the access request.
This is not an issue with the theme but with the child theme you used in the main theme.
Please inform the child theme developer about this issueAnd if the older version of WCPA helped, please let us know
Thanks,
Acowebs Support Team. Can you please provide me an older version from enfold so I can see if it works with an older version?
I have tried with older versions of the plugin but the error stays as it is.Thanks

MikeOctober 10, 2022 at 3:29 pm #1368290Hi Mike,
This is the rely I got from plugin author:Hi,
We have checked the issue again and found that it is a compatibility issue with the theme itself. Please contact your theme developer to fix the issue maybe they can provide you with a better solution.
We checked it from our end and couldn’t resolve the issue. If you can contact theme support we are ready to corporate with them.
Thanks,
Acowebs Support Team.I would be super happy if you can have a look into the compatibility issue on the site: https://alforno.ws-entwicklung.de/lieferung/
I have created a test site (Feel free to modify needed):
alforno.ws-entwicklung.de/wp-login
User: support
PW: Support-Website-StuttgartThanks
MehmetOctober 11, 2022 at 10:10 am #1368390Hi,
The catalogue list item works fine when the Woocommerce Custom Product Addons plugin is deactivated. It probably alters the product query or adjusts the template hooks. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please keep in touch with the plugin developers or try to use a different element to display the product list.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Ismael -
