    Dear Team,
I’m having an issue in accessing a page I was editing (my footer). When I click on modify, it says there is a critical error and to check in my admin mailbox. There I saw messages from Wordfense (which I had installed yesterday) saying someone has accessed my website from the Philippines; two other mails said someone accessed from a place in Switzerland which is not my city. I tried to delete Wordfense, but I still can’t access my Footer page. Is there anything you can do to fix this ?
Thank you very much in advance,
    Best regards,
    Natacha

    Hey HulaSlim,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I tried to edit the page in question, but it throws the same error on my end. Please enable debug mode, so that we can try to move the shortcodes to a new page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for if you give us permission to do so.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

We tried to access the site today but encountered a critical error. Please update us once the site is up and running again. For the meantime, try to switch the installation to debug mode and enable the error logs.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi Ismael,
My domain provider debuged the site, but now my footer page and my 404 page are still under error when trying to access them through “modify”. In both cases, one can only click on a new command called “change”, leading to Enfold/general options/footer, so no way to make detailed changes from there
    Can you do something ?
    Thanks
    Natacha

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

We still get an error when we try to access the dashboard. We may need to directly access the server via FTP. Please provide the FTP details in the private field. Did you try to set the site to debug mode?

    Hi,

We tried logging in to the cpanel above using the account above but it seems to be invalid. Please ask your hosting provider to check the login info or ask them to create an FTP account for the site.

Did you set the WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to true in your wp-config.php file? Please set it so that we can see the errors in the backend.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

We managed to access the server via FTP and edited the /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/logoslider/logoslider.php file. The Footer page should now be accessible.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Dear Ismael,
This is a great day ! Thank you very very much.
There are still some small details:

    1. when opening the footer page, as well as when previewing it, an information is visible: Notice: Undefined index: id in /home/hulaslim/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/logoslider/logoslider.php on line 1523

    2. The lower part of the footer is white, moreover the 3 buttons Mentions légales, CGA and confidentiality should come into the blue zone beneath.

    3. I can’t achieve making the two missing buttons smaller like the surrounding ones (the green one and the dark blue one), last time I tried one month ago the error came and it blocked everything (but it could be due to the presence of Wordfense, now deleted). Is there a code fto make them smaller like the other ones ?

Thanks again for your precious help.
    Best regards,
    Natacha

Oh, and plus, now that I put links on the icons, the all show in a dark box..

PS: another error that I just noticed, is that a sentence is present at the bottom of every page:

Notice: Undefined index: id in /home/hulaslim/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/logoslider/logoslider.php on line 1523

    Hi,

Glad to know that this is now working. If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Ok. I post another thread. Thank you and best regards
