Tagged: base64, CONTACT FORM
Hi, I recently noticed that the dropdown image used in contact forms has base64 code.
(See screenshot) https://ibb.co/tMMWMCR
url(data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAB4AAAANCAYAAAC+ct6XAAAAGXRFWHRTb2Z0d2FyZQBBZG9iZSBJbWFnZVJlYWR5ccllPAAAAyJpVFh0WE1MOmNvbS5hZG9iZS54bXAAAAAAADw/eHBhY2tldCBiZWdpbj0i77u/IiBpZD0iVzVNME1wQ2VoaUh6cmVTek5UY3prYzlkIj8+IDx4OnhtcG
My security scans didn’t flag anything as a problem, but still, it was enough for me to look into it further.
For peace of mind, I replaced the image with one of my own.
After that, I wanted to ensure my site hadn’t been hacked, so I checked out your demo sites and found the same base 64 code used there, too. The attached screenshot is from your medical demo. https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-medical/contact/
It’s probably harmless, but I feel better now it’s gone. lol
(I’m not looking for support – just sharing with the Enfold community)
