Hi,
I have a Mobile display problem, the container does not display in full page.
Do you have any idea how to fix this in css?
Hey Alex,
Could you try deactivating all plugins temporarily to see if that helps? If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see the problem anymore on my end, could you try checking in a private/incognito window or a different browser?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins for debugging purposes?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Thanks for that. Deactivating plugins made no difference unfortunately, and I haven’t been able to locate what is causing the problem. I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Please add my request to the support queue.
Thanks
Hi,
“Stick to top” (Sous-menu collant) option was enabled on Fullwidth Sub Menu element on the page you use as your Footer. Since the element is in the footer, it will never reach the top so I edited the element and unchecked it and that helped.
Please clear your cache and review your website :)

Thanks for finding the solution! it works perfectly!
