Dear Kriesi Team,
We have been using the Enfold theme for quite a while in combination with the Events Calendar. Unfortunately, the “related events” section is shown above the events meta. In other themes, it is shown below which is also what Events Calendar team expects. Is this issue fixed in the new version of your theme? If so, I would consider renewing my license.
Kind regards,
SebastianAugust 22, 2022 at 12:41 pm #1362397Hey Sebastian,
Thanks for contacting us!
Related events are displayed below event content and events meta. Please see the example event in private content field below. Site uses Enfold 5.1.1, WordPress 6.0.1 and The Events Calendar Pro 5.14.3 :)

YigitAugust 24, 2022 at 1:25 pm #1362632Hi Yigit,
I just ordered the new license in the Envato shop. Now I am puzzled because the system says I own two licenses. Should I have only ordered a support package instead of a new license incl. support?

SebastianAugust 24, 2022 at 3:09 pm #1362641I updated all plugins on a staging environment to the following versions:
Wordpress, Version 6.0.1
Theme: Enfold, Version: 5.1.1
Plugins:- Event Tickets, Version 5.4.4
- Event Tickets Plus, Version 5.5.3
- The Events Calendar, Version 5.16.4
- The Events Calendar Extension: Open external links in a new tab, Version 1.0.1
- The Events Calendar PRO, Version 5.14.5
I compared the code between your church theme and our code.
Church has two instances of the event meta, one labelled mobile, one labelled desktop. Our code only has one event meta section called “av-single-event-meta-bar” without additional style for mobile vs. desktop.

Yes, you should have only renewed your support period. New license comes with 6 months of support so in case you are going to need the license on another website, you can keep it however if that is not going to be the case, please feel free to request a refund – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-
Regarding the issue, could you please create temporary WP admin logins and FTP logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)
Best regards,
YigitAugust 26, 2022 at 1:34 pm #1362881Thanks for confirming. I initiated the refund process. Please let me know how I can renew the support service.

Thanks for the information.
I was able to move meta section above related events on my local installation using hooks however it did not work on your installation either. There must be something I am missing. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?

- lms-functions.php (active)
- lms-events-calendar-customization.php (inactive)
Modifications should only relate to header and language/currency switchers.

SebastianSeptember 20, 2022 at 4:08 pm #1365727Hi Sebastian,
Thanks for the info!
Issue was related Events Ticket plugin. We have made some adjustment so that is no longer an issue. You can test it on your testing site. The fix will be included in upcoming version.
If you would like to install the updated version on your live site, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can install it for you :)
Best regards,
Yigit -
