    Please I want to change the header images from the demo images to my preferred images but they are coming out blurry.
    What can I do to make them as sharp as the demo images? check the about page for reference.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I edited your Fullwidth Easy Slider element on your home page and went to Styling > Slideshow Image and Video Size and chose “No scaling” so they are displayed in their original sizes. Please review your website :)

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We checked the page and noticed that a smaller version of the image was selected as background for the color section element, so we edited the color section again and re-selected the full version of the image. It should now display a larger and sharper version of the image.

    Hi,

    When you select the background image in the element options, then it will bring up a modal of the media gallery. When you select the actual image in the gallery, then you will see an option to select the resolution of the image on the right. Please select a high resolution version of the image there.

    Hello, My Fullwidth Easy Slider can not be saved now. Once I uploaded a image, and update, and preview, it works, but when I log out, the image disappeared. What is the problem.

    By the way, why I can not start a new topic? I can not start a topic since months ago, but my service not expired yet.

    please go to https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post. If see a notification that your support period has expired, you can simply re-validate your existing purchase code :)

    I made a typo, I meant to write “if you see that your support period has expired”. But I see that you have been able to start a new thread so no issues there :)
