    I received this e-mail with this error:
    An E_COMPILE_ERROR error was caused in line 224 of the file /home/cespiti.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/inc-autoconfig.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/cespiti.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/widgets/class-widget-loader.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’)
    What does this mean?
    If I delete the theme and import it again via FTP, do I have to set everything again?

    Hi Stefano,

    Where can we see the actual error? I would not delete anything for now, since it will likely not make any difference.

    Thanks for your reply Rikard
    This problem happened when I overwrote the entire ENFOLD theme and received the automatic email from WordPress as a result.
    But if I were to delete the theme and then copy it again via FTP I might have problems? … would I have to set everything up again or would my settings that I made not change at all.
    I think this option because I had no problems before.
    I know it might also be stupid, but as a non-expert I’d like to do this.
    Let me know if you need to be able to access the site.

    Thanks for the update. First of all, please post a link to where we can see the actual problem. Also please include admin WordPress login details in private. If you have server error logs, then please share them with us as well.

    Ok, thanks for the update. If you only got this error once via email, then it might just have been something temporary. If your site works as it should, and you don’t get the error messages again, then it’s likely not something which you need to worry about. We’ll keep this thread open for you, in case you should have any further problems on the topic.
