Audio Player – incorrect display

Hey Melanie,
Thank you for your patience, are you using some custom css to change any of the player colors?
Do you want all of the player colors to be the default or did you want some of the elements to be blue?
I see the dark line, but all of the elements look off so I’m not sure if it’s a conflict or if it’s intentional.
Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can examine it closer.

Thank you for the info.

Looks like you are using a different plugin for the audio players, which require the media element scripts (mejs). To fix the issue, we set the Enfold > Performance > Self-hosted video and audio functions (WP media element scripts) settings to the third option.

Did you purge the cache before testing the page? Please make sure that you are not viewing a cached version of the page or site. Try to remove the browser cache or check the site on incognito mode.
