    Hi, I have a background video in a color section on the top of my page and it doesn’t load in the correct 16:9 ratio most of the time. Once in a while, it might load correctly if you refresh the page, but usually there’s black bars on the left and right of the video and some controls also show. If I preview the page, I don’t seem to have any issues.

    Hi John,

    I have checked your page in different browsers multiple times but I didn’t see the black bars you mentioned and I tried to resize it as well if maybe it’s showing to other screen sizes, but no issues on my end.
    Do you have extensions installed in your browser? can you try to disable it and see if it somehow affects the page, or try using a different browser.

    Hi, I’ve also checked in multiple browsers on macOS including Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge. This is what it looks like in Edge with no extensions.
