    Hi there, I help manage the websites for various companies that have used your themes and we have encountered an error with one of the themes at kitchenbathroomremodeling.net and we contacted BlueHost about the issue and they told us to reach out to you as they think the issue has something to do with the theme. Thanks!

    Hi Justin Erwin,

    Thanks for contacting us!
    The issue you are having seems incompatibility between the version of your Enfold theme (3.6.1, which is very much outdated) and the latest version of WordPress 6.0.
    Please backup your site first, then update it to the latest version of Enfold (5.0.1).

    Hi Nikko,

    thanks for getting back to me so soon! One of the main issues I’m having is that I purely can’t even login to the WordPress of the site to back it up or update anything

    That is the screen I get when I try to log in to the WordPress, do you have any ideas on how I’d be able to bypass this? Thanks!

    You will need to update theme via FTP or cPanel.
