Tags Don't Appear Properly on Single Post Elegant Style

Here is a picture of what is happening on single posts with the tags. I think they are all supposed to be under the Comment and Author Name. And the Comment and Author Name is not taking up the full width, it’s cut off on the right, not sure why, but if I remove tags it doesn’t look good either, because it doesn’t look centered (author and comment section) due to the right margin.
