    Hi support – hope you can help.

    I can’t edit content. Edit elements won’t load in Advanced Layout Editor, Content or Media Elements.

    How can we solve this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins temporarily? If you should need any further help, then please share server error logs with us.

    no problem – it´s an development website. you can deactivate plugins – it´s okay. If necessary, I will be happy to send you FTP access as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I deactivated all plugins, and the problems goes away after that. I’ve left them deactivated so that you can check yourself. Please try activating the plugins back one by one, to see when the problem starts again.

    thanks for your fast answer. I get the error as soon as I activate the plugin WooCommerce JTL Connector. How can I solve the problem? Do you have any information which I can pass on to the plugin developer?

    Hi,

    It goes away when WooCommerce is deactivated. You have some functions in functions.php which might be causing the problem, please try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see when the problem starts again.
