    Hello, i have purchased the Enfold theme and created a licence key here: https://build.envato.com/my-apps/. I added it to my wordpress site (enfold -> theme options -> Thema Update. It tells me the licence is correct andit is connected to Envato. Below that it tells me “There are no updates available. You are already using the latest version! (4.8.8.1)”. But 4.8.8.1 isn’t the last version. If i click on “check manually” it links to dashboard -> updates but there it also shows my theme’s are up-to-date.

    So for some reason my licence key is telling me it is up-to-date while it isn’t. So i think my licence key is not working. Can you help me with that?

    Hi Mick,

    The Envato Markets plugin doesn’t seem correctly configure, since there are no items showing up. I’m seeing this error message in the plugin as well:

    The OAuth Personal Token could not be verified. Please check that the Token has been entered correctly and has the minimum required permissions.

    Did you make sure to give the token the correct permission?

    Hi Rikard,

    Yes, i gave the token the correct permissions. Here is a list of the permissions i gave the token:

    • View and search Envato sites
    • View your Envato Account username
    • View your email address
    • View your account profile details
    • Download your purchased items
    • Verify purchases of your items
    • List purchases you’ve made.

    Am i missing any permissions?

    Hi,

    The same error messages are still there, so it’s still not configured properly. You can check the Help tab in the plugin, you will see this message:

    Envato API AuthenticationNot currently authenticated with the Envato API. Please add your API token. Forbidden

    Please check the permissions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5, or try reaching out to Envato support further help.
