    Hello,

    “Importing didnt work! you might want to try reloading the page and then try again”

    I have tried increasing the memory limit, and max-memory limit for admin. I’ve tried different browsers, clearing cache, and disabling all plugins. I’ve checked the server settings for cpanel and everything is fine

    Hi souvikcinekolkata,

    I have checked your site however PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled on your site.
    You can check the link in private content to verify this.
    Once you enable the extension, importing demo should work properly.
