The website blog posts use Advanced Layout Editor. The post tags don’t display. (The theme setting is set to display them, and they display as hyperlink text on a Default Editor post.) What is needed to have the post tags (not all existing tags) display as small buttons, one after another on the same row (as opposed to one tag button per row)?
May 25, 2022 at 6:20 am #1352859Hi m,
In the Advanced Layout Builder, add Post Metadata then edit it.
Under Content (tab) > Add/Edit Metadata, remove Last Modified Date and Categories, then replace Author with Tags and remove by in Prepend a text and save.
Then go to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:#top .av-post-metadata-container { padding: 20px 0; } #top .av-post-metadata-content { color: transparent; } #top .av-post-metadata-category-link a { background-color: white; border: 0; border-radius: 0.5rem; box-sizing: border-box; color: #111827; font-size: .875rem; line-height: 1.25rem; padding: 5px 12px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none #D1D5DB solid; text-decoration-thickness: auto; box-shadow: 0 1px 3px 0 rgb(0 0 0 / 10%), 0 1px 2px 0 rgb(0 0 0 / 6%); cursor: pointer; user-select: none; -webkit-user-select: none; touch-action: manipulation; } #top .av-post-metadata-category-link:hover a { background-color: rgb(249,250,251); text-decoration: none; }
Hope this helps.

NikkoMay 25, 2022 at 3:22 pm #1352930Great, thank you! Just one thing, is it possible to have the “Prepend a text” text a visible colour but the commas between tags remain invisible?
May 27, 2022 at 4:19 am #1353087Hi m s,
Add this after the code I gave above:
#top .av-metadata-before-tags { color: black; }
Just change the color as you see fit.

On another page that includes the Blog Posts element in a 1/5 column and is set to List Layout Simple, the blog titles overlap the arrow-in-circle icons. Can the arrow-in-circle icons be removed? They aren’t needed, people can simply click on the titles.
Also, can the tag buttons be visible in each post item in a Blog Posts element set to Single Author, Big Preview Pic?
May 30, 2022 at 3:50 am #1353388Hi m s,
I apologize for the delayed response.
Please add this CSS code as well:#top .av_one_fifth .bloglist-simple .read-more-link { display: none; }
Best regards,
NikkoMay 30, 2022 at 1:52 pm #1353459Thank you for hiding the icons. In the same section, the blog title font is too big. Longer words are being split onto two lines. How can the text be made a smaller font size?
Also, can the tag buttons be visible in each post item in a Blog Posts element set to Single Author, Big Preview Pic?

June 1, 2022 at 5:58 am #1353679Hi m s,
For the Bloglist with hidden arrow icons, you can reduce the size of the font to fix the issue.
As for tag buttons, it seems you are attempting to use them in a page which unfortunately will not work.
You’ll need to use a Post and not a page for it.Best regards,
NikkoJune 2, 2022 at 3:36 pm #1353929Ok. How do I reduce the size of the font of only the post titles in the blog list? All other instances of blog titles should stay as is.
June 3, 2022 at 4:57 am #1353981Hi m s,
Try adding this CSS code and just change the font size value:
#top #wrap_all .av_one_fifth .bloglist-simple .post-title { font-size: 16px; }
Hope this helps.
