I cannot set the width of the header logo in Enfold theme. When I upload a logo in the theme options it seems to default to 300 pixels wide? I read somewhere that this may be happening because this is an older version 4.1.2 ? This particular, platform goes back to 2015 when someone else developed it and installed your theme. I went to envatomarket and bought a new version but I can’t find the API key so it won’t let me up dat it?

Sorry for the problem. Since you are running a very old version of the theme, I would recommend that you update to the latest version first of all. The update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Since I do not have the login credentials for this particular version can I still update it with the version that I just bought yesterday if so how do I do that?
