    I am having the same problem as other users, Enfold theme (v. 4.9.2.3, php v 7.4.29) only shows default WordPress footer widgets. I have tried taking out the child theme custom footer file, with no effect. Please advise. I will furnish logins upon request.

    I had that too. I had my own footer.php in use. Completely forgotten. I have updated the file adjusted it and it works again :-)

    Hi admin3prime,

    If you have a custom header.php and footer.php file on your child theme then they need to be re-adjusted.
    If you’re having a hard time with it then please give us temporary admin credentials for your website as well as FTP access (or you can setup a staging site where we can work and adjust the child theme)
