    Hi,
    I bought Enfold on May 4th and have been dealing with this for almost two weeks. The token I get on Theme Forest only generates the following error message and won’t register the theme. I get the token by signing in to m account… so help is appreciated.

    Here’s the errors:

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occurred:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    I’m having the exact same problem.
    I put in the token I have generated and get this in response:

    It does. I followed the directions. I have 4 other tokens that are working perfectly. And I have purchased Enfold 7 times.

    Hi ribit,

    I would suggest that you reach out Envato support instead, as they should be able to check what is wrong with your tokens. We can’t do that for you unfortunately. I would suggest that you take a second look at the permissions though, since this is been working without any problems for the vast majority of our users.
